Montgomery County Annual Diversity Recruitment FairOur district is proud to participate in the Montgomery County Annual Diversity Recruitment Fair on Wednesday, April  19th  from 5:30 to 7:30 pm.   Current teachers and administrators, college students majoring in education, and other educational professionals are invited to speak with school district administrators about professional opportunities within our schools. The event will take place on Wednesday, April  19th  from 5:30 to 7:30 pm at the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit located at  2 West Lafayette Street in Norristown, PA.  Parking is available free of change directly next to the building, and is located 2 minute walk from Norristown Transportation Center.

 
  
 
If you are offered a position with the School District of Springfield Township, please be advised that the following information will be required before you are able to begin working. All information must be from within five years of your employment date of hire.
State Police Clearance (Act 34) - complete online and print your results immediately
Child Abuse Clearance (Act 151) - effective 12/31/14, submit electronically
FBI Fingerprints (Act 114) - register & pay online, then go to the fingerprint location of your choice to be printed
School Health Record - includes physical & tb test from within a year
Act 24 (PDE Form 6004) - Arrest/Conviction Report
PA Sexual Misconduct/Abuse Disclosure Release (Act 168) - A separate form must be completed for:
  Current employer; and
  All former employers that were school entities; and
  All former employers where you were in a position that involved direct contact with children.
